About the Role:
Culture Amp is looking for a VP, Corporate Marketing to lead the strategic development and execution of our global brand across all customer and market touchpoints. This role unifies brand strategy, content development, creative operations, social media, events, customer marketing, and integrated campaigns under a single leadership function.
You will be responsible for articulating and advancing the company narrative, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and market positioning across regions, channels, and business units. This includes leading cross-functional initiatives that align product launches, customer success initiatives, and corporate positioning into cohesive, market-facing campaigns.
You Will Lead:
- Global Brand Strategy: Define and steward Culture Amp's global brand, including narrative framework, messaging hierarchy, and visual identity standards
- Corporate Events: Oversee strategic planning and execution of flagship corporate events, including Culture First, executive roundtables, analyst briefings, and customer advisory board meetings
- Content Strategy: Develop and oversee a comprehensive content strategy spanning research publications, executive bylines, customer case studies, video content, and digital assets
- Customer Advocacy: Design and scale customer advocacy infrastructure, including reference programs, case study development, community initiatives, and peer engagement forums
- Integrated Campaigns: Lead the design and execution of multi-channel integrated campaigns that connect brand positioning with product narratives and customer success stories
You have:
- Progressive leadership experience in corporate marketing, brand management, or integrated marketing roles within B2B SaaS organizations
- Demonstrated expertise across brand strategy, content development, creative direction, event marketing, social media, campaign management, and customer marketing
- Proven ability to develop strategic frameworks while maintaining operational oversight of execution
- Strong executive presence with experience influencing C-level stakeholders and cross-functional leadership teams
- Track record of building high-performing teams and scalable systems in growth-stage technology companies
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on leadership capability across multiple marketing disciplines
