The Senior HRIS Analyst is part of our Global People Service function and reporting to the Senior Manager, HRIS. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of Oracle HR in our Recruiting (ORC) and Talent Management modules; which includes consulting with Talent Acquisition and Talent Management stakeholders to manage enhancement requests and by contributing on projects, ensuring data accuracy, and maintain proper system function through thorough testing and troubleshooting. Develops strong working relationships with end users, IT teams, and stakeholder group leadership, using seasoned judgment to creatively improve and automate current processes.
This is a full-time role that is hybrid onsite (3) days a week at either our Northbrook or Chicago office.

Primary point of contact for ticket/issue resolution and liaise with IT on issues that require IT intervention.

Recommends and develops system modifications which will enhance system capabilities to meet the evolving demands of the Human Resources field and the organization.

Creates training documentation and lead regular training sessions to end users on how to utilize Oracle Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

Coordinates upgrades and testing for new HRIS releases.

Serves as the technical point of contact for data integrity and analyzing data trends.

Designs and develops reports for management, business units, and HR to assess business and organizational priorities.

Responsible for data entry and updating and maintain HR set-ups that are used by the end users for data entry.

Research complex data inconsistencies in the HRIS and, working with necessary departments, make the required changes to ensure data integrity.

Performs other duties as directed.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related disciplines plus generally five years of directly related experience.

Experience with Oracle HCM is required to include data analysis and troubleshooting.

Expertise required in MS Office with advanced knowledge of Excel/v-look-up and pivot tables.

Experience working with HR compliance and regulatory issues.

Strong quantitative knowledge and experience; comfortable with assuming technical ownership of data and applying qualitative assessments of the information.

Strong records maintenance and organizational skills required.

Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $96,000 to $130,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
