HRIS Associate

*Position is hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
*Also open to applicants residing in Mobile, AL or Miami Springs, FL
Kelly is seeking an HRIS Associate to work with our client, an international pioneer in the aerospace industry, on a long-term temporary basis (~12 months) with potential to get hired on! This is an exciting opportunity to assist the HR team with critical Workday implementation tasks and to make a direct impact on the company’s HR success!
The HRIS Associate will:

Contribute to maintaining optimally functioning HR systems

Proactively identify and propose HRIS and HRMS improvements

Partner with other departments to develop workflows and automation features
-
Ensure HRIS system compliance with federal and state regulations
-
Serve as a strategic partner and Subject Matter Expert
-
Build reports to meet requests of the HR organization, Senior Leadership, and Managers
-
Proactively apply analytical and research skills to monitor trends and elevate issues
-
Assist on the design and development of business relevant analytics and processes
-
Maintain the organizational management structure to ensure the hierarchy is accurate

Assist in ensuring data audits, integrity, and testing of system changes
-
Partner with various teams to manage and improve the HR data quality
-
Support upgrades, testing, and new integrations, and other projects as assigned

Creates HR documentation for reporting and other HR processes
-
Collaborate with HR/HRIS team members to ensure system usage consistency
-
Support employees, field questions, and provide appropriate guidance
-
Support HRBPs by fielding questions about the HR tools

Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users of all HR systems
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in HRIS, compensation, payroll, and/or benefits
-
Experience with Workday HCM Suite is highly preferred

Experience with ADP Vantage and/or Kronos would also be helpful

Familiarity or direct experience with HRIS implementations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to keep up with innovation and trends in HRIS administration

Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Self-motivated with excellent listening skills and attention to detail

Demonstrated customer service orientation
