This Senior Manager will oversee and maintain optimal function of the organization’s internal HR information services systems.

Oversee all Firm’s HR systems and maintenance including but not limited to: (Workday, Peakon, SharePoint, JDX, MarketPay, iCIMS as applicable)

Lead any new Integrations, security and workflow configuration, testing system changes, report writing and analytics, system and process training and materials, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades to applications, systems, and modules

Develop and modify software and hardware requirements based on business needs

Ensure the integrity of all employee data is maintained for compliance, recordkeeping and reporting

Maximize existing systems to support business needs

Technical support, troubleshooting and guidance to HR team

Creation of fully custom reporting to meet requirements of management and staff as applicable

Create and maintain process documents and training materials for all systems as applicable

Continuous learning on new Workday system enhancements and advanced / lead the proactive communication to those applicable on any new updates from the quarterly Workday releases

Maintain / foster relationships with system vendors or outside sources to enhance system knowledge, networking in the community

Leader/ Direct report manager for HRIS Specialist responsible for their professional development

Ensure HR Operations continues to have a back-up to system security, benefits, workflows and Workday module configurations

Collaborate with different leaders (HR Leadership Team specifically) to analyze business workflows and needs (i:e OD and the Rise/Thrive programs, HRBP’s, HR Ops internal team system enhancements, custom reporting, etc .,to continue to proactively meet the demands of the business

Strategically research new modules/products within Workday (or compatible with Workday) for applicability to the Firm. Bring forth the ROI any new enhancements/investments

Management of the Firm’s new eNPS engagement platform Peakon, configurations, reporting, configurations and keep updated on any new developments for this new offering within Workday

Holding vendors accountability to stay on course for any new integrations –partner with HR Project Manager to keep project timeliness from kickoff, to milestones to close out

Qualifications:

Advanced proficiency in Excel

Minimum of 5 years with system integrations
-
Microsoft Office and Sharepoint proficiency
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Human Resource Management or equivalent experience preferred

At least five years of database management or related experience required with at least one year in a management position

SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals
-
Ability to uphold the highest level of confidentiality
-
Thorough understanding of database construction and all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding
-
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
-
Ability to travel 10%
