Job Description
EBI seeks an experienced Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
professional with a continuous improvement mindset for the full-time position
of Workday HRIS Administrator. This position will report directly to the
Talent Management Director and will be located onsite at EBI's global
headquarters in downtown Denver. The Workday HRIS Administrator will be
responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our
Workday HRIS and serve as the HRIS subject matter expert for key stakeholders
across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing maintenance and support of existing Workday modules: Core
HCM, Performance and Development, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting,
Benefits, Absence Management, and Cloud Connect for Payroll
Leverage a continuous improvement mindset to identify and recommend
opportunities to streamline HR processes in Workday
Design, configure, test, and implement enhancements in Workday to meet
the evolving needs of the business
Establish action plan in partnership with HR leadership to drive HR
initiatives through Workday optimization
Develop training content and train HR users on Workday processes and
functionality
Collaborate with HR super users to gather requirements, share knowledge,
test functionality, gather feedback, and prepare for implementation
Create advanced custom reports and dashboards to improve utilization of
Workday and respond to ad hoc data requests as necessary
Maintain HR security groups and assignments, and adjust security as
necessary to improve efficiency and remain compliant with confidentiality and
GDPR requirements
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by running regular audit reports and
partnering with HR super users to correct data when needed
Upload and/or update mass employee data in Workday when mergers and
acquisitions occur
Serve as an HRIS subject matter expert in company-wide system integration
projects when necessary
Maintain basic integrations between Workday and third-party systems such as
Concur and PureSafety
Leverage Workday Studio to create BIRT report designs for talent cards,
compensation statements, and more
Collaborate with IT to ensure system reliability, security and performance
of Workday and dependent third-party systems
Stay up-to-date with new Workday releases and features, evaluating their
potential impact on our HR processes
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Workday efficiently, and partner with
Workday support to escalate complex issues
Outside of Workday: upload and assign triannual corporate compliance
training in our third-party LMS PureSafety
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of experience with hands-on configuration in a variety of Workday
modules
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related
field preferred
Demonstrated experience creating and updating business processes and
notifications in Workday
Demonstrated experience building advanced custom reports and calculated fields
in Workday
Demonstrated experience with EIBs, integrations, and Workday Studio is a plus
Demonstrated experience with global employee data and GDPR requirements is a
plus
Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to maintaining
confidentiality
Salary Range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 plus annual
