HRIS Analyst Job Location 5600 N Highway 169, New Hope, Minnesota Hours/Shift(s): Hours/Shift Not Applicable Position Type Full-Time/Regular As an HRIS Analyst, you will maximize Liberty Diversified International's use of the HR Information System (HRIS) to drive compliance, automation, and customer satisfaction while executing strategic HR initiatives. As a collaborative partner to a broad set of stakeholders - including all employees, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Total Rewards, and Organizational Effectiveness - you will help define system and reporting needs, troubleshoot issues, and create innovative, effective solutions for the HRIS process improvement. This full-time, hybrid position reports directly to the Senior HR Operations Manager and is based out of the Liberty Diversified International headquarters in New Hope, MN. Required Skills DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead representative of the HRIS (ADP Vantage) on evaluation, configuration, and testing of new HR technology platforms, including acting as HRIS super user on new system implementations. Acts as subject matter expert on Time & Attendance functionality in HRIS, maintaining Time Off and Attendance policies for all US locations and employee populations. Partner with HR and appropriate stakeholders to define and refine procedures for HR processes that involve the HRIS. Troubleshoot, analyze, detect, identify, and correct technical problems and deficiencies related to the HRIS. Provide technical support for all aspects of the HRIS to centers of excellence, HR Community, and employees. Automate, standardize, schedule, and publish key reports and analysis to help disseminate data and insights. Provide technical and functional support, including testing, for systems maintenance and releases, reports, interface, and security. Develop and maintain user procedures, guidelines, and HRIS process documentation, to include data governance standards. Maintain awareness of current trends in HRIS technology with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and application of key technologies. Provides improvement recommendations on HRIS processes and systems design. Maintain and constantly improve the HR Analytics discipline to bring people data to the forefront of business decisions. Ability to serve as backup processor for the payroll team as needed. Lead the data uploading, system updates and electronic onboarding experience for Acquisitions. Other duties as assigned. REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: 3+ years of experience in HRIS or related role; ADP Vantage or other ADP experience preferred Bachelor's degree in human resources, Technology or related field Ability to prioritize and manage multiple system issues and updates simultaneously Practical knowledge of HR systems and how they impact business practices Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint Strong problem solving and analytical skills Strong communication skills, tailoring information and training for various audiences Ability to multi-task and reallocate priorities regularly PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: Experience in a manufacturing industry PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
