Cleveland-Cliffs is actively seeking a Workday Analyst to support our growing organization. This role is part of a dynamic HRIS team that plays a critical role in optimizing our Workday platform and supporting internal customers across all departments. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Workday and HRIS systems to help drive operational excellence and digital transformation within HR. This role may be based in one of the following locations: Cleveland, OH; Burns Harbor, IN; Indiana Harbor, IN; or West Chester, OH.
Summary of Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert and system administrator for Workday and HRIS platforms, supporting modules such as Learning, Time Tracking, Benefits, and Integrations.

Partner closely with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to deliver effective HRIS solutions and enhance service delivery.

Configure, test, and implement changes to Business Processes, Condition Rules, and Eligibility Rules within Workday.

Provide high-quality customer service and technical support to meet business performance goals.

Participate in ongoing training to stay current with Workday functionality and HRIS best practices.

Design and build custom reports using Workday tools such as Report Writer and Calculated Fields to support data-driven decision-making.

Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams to ensure data integrity and system alignment.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum of three years of hands-on Workday experience.

Strong understanding of HRIS systems, employee data management, and HR processes.
