The Manager HRIS is part of the systems team this is responsible for supporting and executing HR system strategy and business objectives. This position will serve as an SME responsible for the system administration of the companys Human Resources system.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the HRIS software and database to ensure they are up to date and secure.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data by implementing validation, auditing, and quality control processes.
Collaborate with IT teams to identify opportunities for enhancements, upgrades or integrations to improve efficiency.
Work closely with payroll, compensation and benefits team members to ensure accuracy of benefits deductions, status changes, compensation, and time/attendance related issues.
Continuously reevaluate and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, application operational efficiency and security.
Create streamlined processes that facilitate HRs needs.
Communicate and educate users on the systems capabilities and workflows.
Handle HRIS Systems Support & Administration, including day to day issue resolution; ensure delivery of high-quality customer service to end users.
Generate reports to help make data driven decisions.
Ensure all processes are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
Implement, maintain, evaluate, and improve security measures to protect sensitive HR data from breeches or incidents.
Identify and troubleshoot system issues and work with other departments (IT, HR partners, vendors) as needed to bring to resolution
Manage relationship with software vendors.
Develop end-user procedures, guidelines, and workflow documentation standardized operating procedures.
Work with leadership to ensure timely implementation and delivery of new functionality and enhancements
Project manager HRIS related projects.
Manage and communicate changes related to the HRIS system.
Work with stakeholders to create, update and oversee processes and workflows for HRIS systems and implement timely updates as changes occur.
Partner with other departments to integrate HRIS data with other business systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in related field or relevant experience.
5+ years managing a robust HRIS system.
Strong understanding of HR processes and technology.
Experience creating reports.
Experience handling sensitive, confidential organizational, department, and performance information.
Must be analytical and detail-oriented with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Strong project management, planning and organizational skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience maintaining Ceridian.
Certification in HRIS systems is a plus.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The annual salary for this position is $115,000.00 - $130,000.00
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
