Role Description
SMBC Human Resources is currently going through an exciting transformational journey that will deliver various strategic projects, during which we will be transitioning to SAP Success Factors. As part of this, we are looking to add a Change Management Lead to support our efforts.
We are looking for this role to lead the change management workstream, and support all of our stakeholders. We are looking for the right person who will take appropriate ownership and focus on building a positive employee experience.
The successful candidate will work closely with the PMO and support this HR transformation. Change Management will be a key factor in this program and its successful implementation.
The ideal candidate will be able to use their experience from previous HR transformation programs to provide the following:

Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activitiesApply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.

Support communication effortsSupport the design, development, delivery, and management of communications.

Assess the change impactConduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.

Support training effortsProvide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
Role Objectives: Delivery

Complete change management assessments
-
Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics

Identify and manage anticipated resistance
-
Consult and coach project teams
-
Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan

Support and engage senior leaders

Coach managers and supervisors
-
Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
-
Coordinate efforts with other specialists
-
Integrate change management activities into project plan
-
Evaluate and ensure user readiness

Manage stakeholders
-
Track and report issues
-
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

Support change management at the organizational level

Manage the change portfolio
Qualifications and Skills

A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
-
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent active listening skills

Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
