Vaccination for COVID-19 and Influenza (flu) is mandatory for all MSK staff. Staff are considered fully vaccinated upon completion of a primary vaccination series for COVID-19 (i.e., one dose of a single dose vaccine or a final dose of a multi-dose vaccine series). Exceptions from the COVID-19 and Influenza (flu) vaccine requirements are permitted for those who request and receive an approved medical, religious, or fully remote exemption. Requests for exemption can take up to two weeks to review. Vaccination or an approved exemption is required to start work.
Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated HR technology leader to lead a dynamic, diverse, and dedicated team supporting HR systems. You will Lead an HR Technology team that will work in partnership with business stakeholders across different business domains to understand their processes and data architectures, identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation, and apply process engineering and automation methodologies to achieve strategic objectives.
You will:

Partner with functional HR and IT leaders to define technology strategy to create and implement processes to improve the team's effectiveness

Use a combination of technology, data, and teamwork to provide well-crafted solutions that anticipate needs across HR functions, IT, operations, and support teams.

Provide hands-on technical and functional guidance with Workday HCM

Create process flowcharts, devise project plans, and implement quality assurance measures to ensure the traceability matrix is maintained.

Collaborate with teams across the organization to develop and execute a roadmap that delivers a simple, modern, and rewarding experience for our employees through digitized solutions

Oversees and directs the management, development, integration, and alignment of HR Application solutions and business intelligence necessary for supporting our organization's goals
You have:
-
7 + years of related experience, including at least 5-6 years in a managerial role in a large, multi-faceted, fast-paced organization

Proven hands-on technical and functional experience with Workday HCM (Staffing, personal, position management, ESS/MSS, On-Boarding, Benefits, Absence, Compensation) Talent, Performance, Learning and Recruiting

Proven knowledge and skills in enterprise data management, data governance, data quality principles, and methodologies

Experience in Workday Platform Optimization tools like Workday Extend and Prism analytics.

Experience with broader HR technologies like ServiceNow, iCIMS, Eightfold, Degreed, etc

Workday Pro certification in HCM domain is required

Superb communication skills, developing and building relationships with key internal/external stakeholders

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
