Our Manager of Outbound Sales Development leads a team of sales development representatives focused on helping prospects unlock their full potential in their efforts to attract, engage, hire, and advance top talent. In this role, you will be provided with the industry’s leading tools as you support your team in developing prospecting plans and driving qualified leads to our Account Executive team. Equipped with your knowledge of the iCIMS Talent Cloud, prospect research, customer case studies and success stories, you will lead efforts to establish credibility and build value based, persona driven sales plans to engage target prospects.

Responsibilities- Lead a team of 6-8 Outbound Sales Development Representatives (OSDRs) responsible for generating qualified sales leads for the Account Executive team.
- Work cross functionally with sales partners to drive towards the ultimate goal of generating revenue.
- Achieve plan goals for SQL/opportunities. Develop and implement strategies and processes to support the Outbound SDR team in delivering against individual and company objectives.
- Work with Director, Sales Development to drive the outbound forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes in line with corporate objectives.
- Create a productive, results oriented and rewarding team environment.
- Own Outbound SDR performance metrics and KPIs.
- Proactively identify and address opportunities to improve SDR performance, processes, people and technology.
- Assess process and provide feedback to Director to improve opportunity creation and win rates.
- Coach and mentor direct reports.
- Collaborate with enablement to determine training needs and implement programs.
- Own talent management including performance reviews and development plans.
Qualifications- At least three years of sales experience, either generating new logos or expanding within existing accounts.
- At least one year of experience managing a sales team.
- Experience building and tracking KPIs to ensure quota achievement.
- Consistent record of quota achievement.
- Proven leadership skills with experience building and growing high performing teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales strategies, techniques, processes and measurements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation and BenefitsThe target total compensation for this role is $X. Compensation will be based upon experience.
