Job Description:

Manage and resolve HRIS-related tickets across multiple locations, ensuring timely and accurate support

Serve as Tier I support for payroll-related questions and system issues

Maintain and audit employee data within the HRIS (ADP Vantage), including direct deposit, supervisory assignments, and demographic updates

Ensure compliance with FLSA, overtime laws, and accrual policies

Assist with workflow approvals and system configurations in ADP Vantage

Monitor the payroll support hotline and deliver outstanding customer service

Collaborate with HR, payroll, and operations teams to resolve variances and improve reporting accuracy

Lead system testing, upgrades, and documentation of HRIS processes

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior HRIS staff and analysts
Qualifications:
-
5+ years of experience in HRIS or payroll systems, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role

Strong understanding of FLSA, overtime laws, and payroll compliance

Expertise in ADP Vantage

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data confidentiality

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Experience supporting HRIS and payroll functions for 1,000+ employees
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
Hybrid Work Schedule 2 days in 3 days remote- Bonus

This is a hybrid position in Addison,TX.
