Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst with strong Workday system administration and configuration expertise to support backend HR technology operations. This role is focused on Workday configuration, troubleshooting, security administration, reporting, and system optimization rather than general HR operations.
Key Responsibilities

Perform Workday configuration, maintenance, and system administration activities.

Manage security configuration, roles, permissions, and business process support.

Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.

Validate data integrity and troubleshoot system-related issues.

Support Workday releases, regression testing, and system enhancements.

Document system changes, configurations, and testing results.

Partner with stakeholders to resolve functional issues and improve system performance.
Required Qualifications

Experience: 6-8+ years

3+ years of Workday HRIS experience.

Strong hands-on experience with Workday configuration and administration.

Experience with Workday Security, Business Processes, and Reporting.

Knowledge of testing methodologies, release management, and regression testing.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
