Services:
• Consultant will provide the following services:
Compensation:
• Hourly Rate Range: $30-$50. Invoices shall be submitted for review and approval to Bluepeak.
Projects:
-
Enhance and optimize the functionality and efficiency of the UKG Suite Platform.

Create and update Business Intelligence reports and dashboards to support the HR team with data-driven decision-making.

Support HR projects by leveraging the HRIS platform.

Create HRIS workflow SOPs.
Requirements
-
High school diploma or GED is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

4+ years of experience in UKG HRIS administration is required.

Strong technical skills, including experience with HRIS software/databases are required.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain its confidentiality.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks and be detail-oriented.
-
Knowledge of HR regulations, laws, and best practices.
