The role of a Senior HRIS Analyst is a pivotal role within our Human Resources department, responsible for the comprehensive oversight of UKG Core Pro and Workforce Management ( WFM ) . This includes the management of customizations, configuration modifications, system enhancements, and the provision of training and documentation. This candidate will also be supporting the preparation, implementation, and ongoing maintenance/support of Oracle HCM Cloud. The successful candidate will ensure that UKG Pro Core, WFM , and future-state Oracle HCM Cloud are meticulously integrated, and aligned with our Human Resources strategies, supporting the business to achieve operational excellence.

Configure and maintain UKG Pro Core and W FM software for the business and compliance , ensuring it meets their specific WFM needs.

Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, customizations, and changes.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for UKG Pro Core and WFM, resolving technical issues that may arise.

Future Oracle HCM Implementation

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources , Information Technology, or a related field or experience in lieu of d egree.

Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in UKG Workforce Management , UKG Pro Core, Oracle .

Proven exposure and participation to large HR technology transformations with experience supporting or implementing enterprise HCM platforms.

Full understanding of modern enterprise Saas HRIS platforms, including UKG Pro Core, Workforce Management, and Oracle HCM.
